Food critics are considered experts on where and what to eat, but if you actually
want to know the best thing on the menu… you should ask a local.
To kick off Local Eats, a campaign born to spotlight local Pepsi-pour restaurants, we followed Kelly Rowland to her hometown of Houston, Texas to hear what makes ‘This Is It’ Soul food special as she shared her favorite meal with us.
We worked with our restaurant partners to offer our local’s favorite meal as a special
promotion. Our fans could visit ‘This Is It’ in Houston and ask for The Kelly Special— peppered
steak, rice and gravy, green beans, peach cobbler and an ice cold Pepsi Zero Sugar.

This was an original concept sold in to clients where I worked with my partner to create the idea, was creative lead on the production and post-production edit, designed graphics and created supporting 360 social content.
